He studied an MA in Visual and Media Anthropology at Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin (2014-2016) with DAAD scholarship. After his studies, Deepak worked as a freelancer in Germany and Tanzania for two years (2016-2018). He worked as a visual documentation facilitator in KVPT Nepal (2019-2021). Earlier Deepak worked as a photojournalist in The Himalayan Times\/Annapurna Post (2010-2011). Since 2010, Deepak has been teaching in Kathmandu University. Currently, he teaches film production, and Photojournalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">His ethnographic films CHHAARO [DUST] and SHELTER [TAHARA] received multiple major
